Model Investment Portfolio Performance
We have developed several model portfolios to help you make better investment choices for your own investment portfolio. As a starting point you should choose the asset allocation that is most suitable for your time horizon and risk tolerance. Both charts on this page include the performance of the stock market (represented by the S&P 500) and a basic 60% Stocks / 40% Bonds portfolio. The first chart tracks the performance of the portfolios we have recommended over that last 6 years. It includes a portfolio based on the best Fidelity Mutual Funds, our Model ETF Portfolio, and the top performing mutual funds. The second graph tracks the hypothetical performance of our Asset Allocation Model Portfolios since 2003, when we started this newsletter. These investment portfolios include our 401k Asset Allocation, Retirement Asset Allocation, Conservative Asset Allocation, Aggressive Asset Allocation, Insightful Asset Allocation, and Active Asset Allocation.
